Solutions
- The mould allows to obtain both the half-shells of this product in a single shot. The finishing is matte.
- To achieve high-level aestethics for these components, big precision has been reserved to the injection parameters setting.
- Material choice: the product is made of Polypropylene, which is capable of providing these components with both rigidity and elasticity, also reducing defects due to the presence of ribs.
- The colouring masters have been chosen with care, to make sure that the product colour matches the customer’s requirements.
- Pad printing is meticulously checked at every production.
